Metos Flexeserve Zone® uses convection technology. The tight air curtains within Flexeserve Zone® retain the hot air within the unit. Zones can have their own set temperature and you can also switch them off independently to suit different trading patterns throughout the day, saving energy. There is an insulated thermal barrier between each zone to prevent heat transfer from the zone above or below. As each zone has its own individual controller, if one was out of operation, the remaining zones work as normal allowing trade to continue.
