Knife Sterilizer Metos Ster UV 24W

Knife sterilizer cabinet made of AISI430 stainless steel with a smoked plexiglass door. Removable see-through plexiglass knives holder makes sanitation easier and allows sterilization without having to rotate the knives. The knives holder with a built in drop collecting tray holds 20 knives. The safety microswitch switches the lamps on when the door is opened and then switches off when it is closed.
