Our contact grills are designed for kiosk, cafe and restaurant use – for grilling paninis, sandwiches, toasts and other products. The contact grills have traditional cast-iron grilling surfaces that retain heat well. Griddles are available as both electric and gas models, with several widths and grilling surface options. When the surface temperature of an induction griddle changes, it reacts in fractions of a second. This way, the temperature of the cooking surface cannot drop significantly even when cold products are added, which directly influences the quality of the final product.
