Cold drawer Metos Aureno NT170WC90-2B3-MB-DR serves as an excellent worktable in a professional kitchen, while keeping ingredients easily accessible in its drawers. The new customizable design blends seamlessly into various environments, making the unit both functional and stylish.

The drawers accommodate seven GN1/1-150 containers but can also be used to store dry goods, cans and containers up to 15.5 cm high without a GN container. They are equipped with integrated handles and full-extension telescopic rails, allowing easy handling and replacement of containers. Thanks to the Soft Close mechanism, the drawers close smoothly. The stainless steel telescopic rails are highly durable, even under demanding professional kitchen conditions. The unit has also one cabinet with right hinged door and with two shelves, one of which is height-adjustable.

The unit features electronic control with a digital temperature display. The control panel is recessed and protected from impact. The refrigeration system operates within a temperature range of -2°C to +10°C, with thermostat settings from -4°C to +10°C. The molded polyurethane insulation ensures efficient cold retention, while the fan distributes cold air evenly throughout the cabinet.

The hygienic stainless steel worktop, integrated handles, rounded internal corners, and tool-free removable drawer rails make cleaning straightforward. The drawer frame is removable, facilitating interior cleaning and allowing repositioning or reconfiguration of modules. The ergonomic, integrated handles have a smooth surface that is easy to keep clean. The removable and washable condenser filter located at the front prevents dirt from accumulating in the refrigeration unit.

The unit includes automatic defrosting and meltwater evaporation. It is equipped with a cassette-type cooling monoblock with a wire condenser, which helps keep it clean and reduces maintenance needs. The drawer gaskets can be easily replaced without tools. The unit comes with brackets for securing the power cord to the bottom, making it easier to keep the floor clean underneath.

Aureno's compact frame depth of 650 mm provides more working space in the kitchen. The worktop size can be customized, and by choosing a deeper top with rear overhang, a technical space is created behind the unit for water and electrical connections. It is also possible to implement a practical front edge overhang and side overhangs in the desired dimensions to the left or right.

Aureno cold drawers are designed and manufactured in Finland, and we use only responsibly sourced and over 95% recycled stainless steel from Outokumpu.
